CHICKEN CURRY CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 uncooked chicken breasts, sliced
2 onions, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. white wine (opt.)

Roll chicken in flour and brown in oil. When chicken is done, remove. Add onions and mushrooms, saute. Add chicken, salt and pepper, curry powder and mix all. Add sour cream and 1/2 to 1 cup of wine (depending on what kind of day you had). Simmer 20 minutes.

Serve over rice or noodles.
