CURRY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 bunch broccoli
2 lbs. chicken breast (boneless)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. curry powder

Pre-cook chicken and broccoli and cut up to bite size pieces. On bottom of the casserole dish, place a layer of broccoli, then the chicken.

Mix soup with mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes, then serve.
