CHICKEN CURRY CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 c. broccoli
2 cans of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
2 to 3 tbsp. of curry powder

Parboil the broccoli. Brown the chicken. Put in greased casserole. Mix mushroom soup with mayonnaise and curry. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serve with rice and tomatoes. Serves 4.
