CLUB SODA CRACKER BARS 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. coconut
1/3 c. milk
1 c. graham crackers, crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
Club crackers
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine all but Club crackers and chocolate chips. Cook and stir 7 minutes. Line 8x8-inch pan with club crackers. Pour 1/2 mixture on, then another layer club crackers, then the other 1/2 of mixture. Melt chocolate chips with 2 tbsp. butter. Spread over top; chill and cut into bars.
