STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12-24 mushroom caps and stems, chopped
Fresh parsley
Minced fresh garlic
Dash onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Italian bread crumbs
Corn or vegetable oil

Wash caps and pop out stems. Chop stems until mixture of stems is somewhat fine. Add chopped parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese - stir. Sprinkle in bread crumbs until mixture is a little gravely - but do not over bread crumb. Add oil until pretty moist.

Stuff caps and arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle more oil over tops of mushrooms until bottom of dish is coated. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes or until mushrooms are done. Brown under broiler for 2-3 minutes.
