PIZZERIA CHICKEN 
1/3 c. butter
1 c. water
16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
5.5 oz. pkg. scalloped potatoes
1 tsp oregano
2 deboned chicken breasts
2 oz. pepperoni (20 slices)
1 c. shredded cheese (pizza cheese)

Use a 9 x 13 inch ungreased dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in dish.

In saucepan, combine water, tomatoes, potato mix and oregano. Cook over medium heat until boils. Boil 3 minutes.

Place layer of potatoes in dish. Place chicken on top of potatoes. Cover with rest of potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake 15 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 45 minutes. Add pepperoni and cheese. Bake 10 minutes. Serves 4.
