CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
1 small jar pimentos
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. cracker crumbs
2/3 c. sweet milk
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 bell pepper, chopped
salt to taste
1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
