CORN CASSEROLE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. jalapeno or Mexican cornbread mix
1/2 c. oil
2 (15 oz.) cans cream-style corn
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Blend eggs, cornbread mix and oil together. Add remaining ingredients and pour in greased baking dish.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle paprika on top.
