BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 chopped pepper (Jalapeno)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. biscuit mix
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Mix milk and biscuit mix together. Then combine all ingredients together. Bake in casserole dish at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
