FINCASTLE METHODIST BARBEQUE 
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. broth from cooked beef
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar

Cook 2-3 pounds beef roast until it shreds easily with a fork. Set aside. Cool and pull apart in shreds.

Blend ingredients and simmer until thickened (about 30 minutes). Add beef and simmer 15 minutes more. Serve on buns.
