SPANISH RICE PRONTO! 
1/4 c. bacon drippings
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 med. green pepper, diced
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Melt fat in skillet. Add onion, green pepper and Minute rice. Cook and stir over high heat until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bring quickly to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered 5 minutes. Serves 4.
