CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PRONTO 
1/2 c. hot water
1 tsp. instant coffee
6 oz. (1 c.) chocolate chips
3 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. rum
3 eggs
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped sweetened if desired

In blender, combine water, coffee and chips. Cover. Blend 2 minutes. Add sugar, salt, rum and eggs. Blend 1-2 minutes. Pour into serving dishes. Refrigerate until served 2 hours or more. 6 servings.
