RICE PUDDING 
1 c. long grain rice
1 c. sugar
2 lg. cans evaporated milk
4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon

Pour boiling water on rice and let set; stir milk and sugar. Drain rice and add to milk and sugar. Stir in water and vanilla. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
