QUICK AND EASY CORNED BEEF AND
CABBAGE
 
Even if you don’t like carrots... don’t leave them out of the recipe... for some reason it makes the recipe go from good to great taste.

chopped cabbage
water, enough to cover
onion powder, to taste
1 tbsp. cooking oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1 can corned beef
small can carrots, mashed

Chop cabbage or shred into bite size. Cover with water, add in onion powder, oil, salt and pepper. Cook till tender. Use a fork to shred corned beef, and a fork to mash canned carrots. Add this to cooked cabbage, let come to a quick boil. Take pot off heat. Serve hot, with cornbread.
