EASY CROCKPOT CABBAGE & BEEF 
If you like cabbage rolls, you'll love this MUCH easier Crock-Pot version! And it's sooo inexpensive...

2 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
2 to 3 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 medium onion
1 head of cabbage
1 can tomato sauce
1 can water (use empty sauce can)

Brown meat in a skillet, drain any excess fat. Add minced garlic to incorporate and some salt and pepper. Put the meat mixture in the Crock-Pot. Rough chop the onion, add to pot. Rough chop most of the cabbage head (except the tough center section) in 1-2 inch pieces, add to pot.

Add the tomato sauce to pot, fill the can with water and add to pot. Stir, and cook on low 6 hours or high for 2 or 3... depends on how much "crunch" you want left in the cabbage..

It's great served with white rice. Tastes like you slaved over it!
