CROCKPOT BEEF AND NOODLES 
1 lb. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
1 pkg. au jus mix
3 c. boiling water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen noodles

Brown meat in a little oil. Drain. Put in crockpot. Dissolve au just mix in the boiling water. Pour over meat. Cook on low 7-10 hours. One hour before serving, turn to high. Add the package of noodles which have thawed in the refrigerator all day.

OMG! This was the easiest dish I've ever made! I used 2 cups of dried Egg Noodles instead of the frozen kind, and it took only 20 minutes to cook the noodles. The only issue I had was it only made enough for 2 people. I did serve with baked Yellow Squash. I recommend you double or triple this for a family. The leftover juice will go into my next crockpot meal as a base for the stew. :-)
