1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans or English walnuts

Mix well and press in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cool.

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Mix and spread on cooled crust.

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix until thickened and spread on cheese layer. Spread 1 small container of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill and serve.
