TURKEY OR CHICKEN PIE 
2 pie crusts
3 c. boiled cut up chicken or turkey
1/4 c. chopped celery
few onion flakes
1/4 c. peas
1 can mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
3 slices cheese

Mix ingredients together except cheese and butter. Pour in pie shell. Put cheese and butter over mixture. Top with pie shell and brush with egg whites.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
