GRANDMA'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. can cut up tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 diced green pepper
1/3 c. mushrooms
Dash rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, allspice, Tabasco
2 tsp. sugar and salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/3 c. sliced olives

Fry sausage and beef until brown. Drain grease. Add tomato paste and spices. Stir well. Add onion, green pepper, celery, garlic and parsley. Cook slowly, uncovered, about 45 minutes, adding water occasionally. Add olives and mushrooms. Cook 15 minutes longer. Just before serving, add Tabasco. 3 quarts.
