BEER CHEESE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk
16 oz. Cheez Whiz
6 oz. beer
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter and mix with flour. Add broth and milk. Stir until smooth and thick (sometimes I blend it in a food processor to get smooth). Add beer and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. This can be eaten as a soup or served over hot spaghetti. Tastes like the beer cheese sauce at Spaghetti Works.

Loved the recipe however, the instructions don't tell when to add the Cheez Whiz to the mixture.
