BEER CHEESE SAUCE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 4 c. chicken broth 1 1/2 c. milk 16 oz. Cheez Whiz 6 oz. beer 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Melt butter and mix with flour. Add broth and milk. Stir until smooth and thick (sometimes I blend it in a food processor to get smooth). Add beer and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. This can be eaten as a soup or served over hot spaghetti. Tastes like the beer cheese sauce at Spaghetti Works. |
