CHIANTI SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 or 2 lbs. Italian sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp. butter
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. Chianti
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. chopped mushrooms
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper

Boil Italian sausage 20-30 minutes. Saute onion in butter for 3 minutes. Add to all other ingredients in large saucepan. Simmer 2 hours covered.
