2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 sm. onion, minced
Salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. ground allspice

(This meatloaf makes excellent cold sandwiches.) Butter a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8 hungry Swedes.
