GRANDMA'S SPINACH LOAF 
2 pkgs. spinach
1/2 c. walnuts
1/4 c. wheat cereal or crunch
1/4 c. canned milk
2 eggs, beaten

Chop spinach and nuts. Fold in eggs, milk and crumbs. Bake in a loaf pan greased with corn oil. Pour cream of celery soup over top when serving or if Jack cheese used, bake three minutes over top at 400 degrees, about 10 minutes. Then 20 minutes at lower temperatures.
