GRANDMA BAY'S HAM LOAF 
2/3 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 c. milk

SAUCE:

3/4 to 1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard, dry or reg. yellow
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Mix all ingredients. Make into loaf. Mix sauce and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, spooning sauce over ham loaf several times during baking.
