CHEESEBURGER STUFFED PEPPERS 
8 peppers
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray or lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Top and core the peppers. Blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes. Place upright in pan.

TO MAKE FILLING: Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in tomatoes, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon into peppers; top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 25 minutes.
