GRACIE'S STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 c. cooked rice
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. lean hamburger
4 med. bell peppers
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown meat lightly and drain excess fat. Place in bowl and add rice, egg, catsup and the seasonings; mix well. After removing the tops and discarding the seeds fill the peppers as full as possible. Stand in a pan and pour tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water around peppers. Add bouillon to sauce. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes until pepper is tender.
