HEAVENLY STEAK MARINADE 
1 (1 lb.) steak (about 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
Ziploc bag (1 gallon)

MARINADE:

1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. lemon pepper blend
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Accent (MSG; optional)

Measure Italian dressing into small bowl (be sure to mix before measuring!) Add all dry ingredients and whisk to combine.

Cut steak into 1/2 to 3/4-inch strips by slicing against the grain. Place meat into Ziploc bag.

Pour marinade mix over meat, close bag, and shake to cover meat as completely as possible. Allow to sit in refrigerator at least 4 hours, overnight if possible.

Best served grilled as part of tacos or fajitas.
