BAKED CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. rice (not instant), uncooked
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1-2 tsp. butter
1 lg. or 2 sm. cans tomato sauce

Spread 1/2 the cabbage in greased casserole. Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add rice and brown. Pour over cabbage. Brown ground turkey and sprinkle over rice. Add salt and pepper. Top with remaining cabbage, then pour tomato sauce and water on top. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1- 1 1/2 hours. Can be made a day ahead.
