BURGER CABBAGE BAKE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 large head of cabbage
3 to 4 c. catsup
1 medium onion

Make large pot of instant or regular mashed potatoes. Brown ground beef and onions in skillet. Chop cabbage thin. Put layer of ground beef on bottom of pan. Then put a layer of cabbage. Sprinkle catsup on top of cabbage and keep layering, making sure catsup is on top when finished. Bake at 350 degrees until cabbage is transparent. Serve on top of mashed potatoes.
