NO ROLL CABBAGE BAKE 
1 lb. ground turkey or lean ground round
2 c. tomato juice
1 can tomatoes
1 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
4 tbsp. onion powder
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 c. brown rice, cooked (minute rice may be used)

Steam cabbage. Brown ground turkey; season if desired with more onion powder and pepper. In 13 x 9 inch pan, layer turkey, rice, and tomatoes. Top with well drained sauerkraut. Pour tomato juice over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
