CHEESY PORK CHOPS 
4 (1 inch thick) pork chops
Salt and pepper
1 lg. onion, cut into 4 slices
4 tsp. mayonnaise
1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Sprinkle pork chops lightly with salt and pepper; place in a lightly greased baking dish. Top each chop with an onion slice; spread each slice with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until chops are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
