BAKED BUTTERFLY PORK CHOPS 
6 chops
Cracker meal
Beaten egg white with 2 tbsp. milk
Tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Dip chops in cracker meal, egg white with milk, and then cracker meal. Fry quickly in hot (350 degrees) oil to brown. Put into baking dish, cover with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with mozzarella cheese, place back in oven until cheese melts (about 5 minutes).

Very easy to make. Was a little weary to make it with tomato sauce but was very surprised. Pretty tasty.
