PORK CHOP BAKE 
2 tbsp. oil
4 med. pork chops
4 med. potatoes, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 env. Lipton beef and mushroom soup mix
1 1/2 c. water

In large skillet heat oil and brown pork chops; drain. In greased 2- quart oblong baking dish arrange potatoes, onion and pork chops. Add soup mix blended with 1 1/2 cups water.

Pour into dish. Cover and bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender in 350 degree oven. Serves 4.
