PORK CHOPS & RICE 
4 to 6 pork chops
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 onion, chopped
1 c. rice

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown. Mix soup, water and onion together and cook for 5 minutes. Put rice in a greased casserole, place pork chops on top of rice and pour soup mixture over this. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice and pork chops are done. (NOTE: You can use chicken broth instead of water, this makes it richer.)
