2 sticks butter
4 rounded tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. sugar

Melt butter with cocoa and cool. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, flour and nuts. Add butter/cocoa mixture. Add 1/4 cup sugar and stir lightly (2 or 3 strokes). Grease and flour cookie sheet (with edges). Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
