TERIYAKI 
Round roast or sirloin tip roast
1 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. water

Slice roast into very thin slices. (HINT: Slice when partially defrosted.) Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar and water together in large baking dish. Put strips in mixture and marinate overnight. Cook on grill. If grill is too hot, put tin foil under meat; it cooks quickly.
