COMPANY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
3/4 cup rice, prepared according to package directions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup milk
Ritz crackers and butter for topping

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare rice according to package directions - do not overcook. Combine all ingredients in casserole.

Bake for 1 hour. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and dot with butter. Return to oven for about 10 minutes.
