FUZZY NAVEL CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix
1/2 c. applesauce
3/4 c. peach schnapps
1/2 c. orange juice
4 eggs

LIQUEUR MIXTURE:

4 tbsp. peach schnapps
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour a 9" bundt pan.

Place yellow cake mix and instant pudding mix in a large bowl. In a separate bowl gently blend together applesauce, egg, 3/4 cup peach schnapps, 1/2 cup orange juice. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and blend well. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Combine 4 tablespoons peach schnapps, orange juice and confectioners' sugar. While cake is still warm, poke holes in cake and pour this liqueur mixture over. Allow to cool in pan at least 2 hours before removing.
