GARDEN PEA SALAD 
2 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 can sliced chestnuts, flat can
2 c. cooked garden peas

Spread 1 cup mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top chill overnight. Toss before serving. Serves 10.
