WOODSHED SOUP (CHICKEN) 
8 c. chicken broth
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. chopped boiled chicken
2 oz. jar pimento (optional)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

VEGETABLES:

Grated carrots
Chopped onions
Green peppers
Tomatoes
Celery
Etc.

B oil chicken until tender. Cool. Save broth. Mix broth, cubes, chopped chicken and pimento in large pot. Add vegetables, continue cooking. Make a roux of butter and flour. Just before serving stir into boiling soup. Makes a big kettle full, but may be frozen.
