CHICKEN VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 qt. tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. Watkins curry powder
4 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tbsp. Watkins pepper
4 1/2 c. Watkins chicken soup broth
1/4 c. flour

Melt butter in a large pan and saute celery, onion, carrot and pepper. Add tomatoes to sauteed vegetables. Add salt, curry powder, sugar and pepper and simmer 20 minutes. Prepare chicken soup broth. Remove 1/2 cup of warm broth, gradually add flour. Add to simmering mixture and stir in. Gradually add remaining chicken broth and simmer as long as desired. Can be put in crock pot and served next day. Often I add left over chicken to it.
