CHERYL'S CHICKEN AND RICE SOUP | |
3 c. cooked rice 25 oz. cooked chicken breast 21 oz. cream of celery soup (condensed) 21 oz. cream of mushroom soup (condensed) 30 oz. chicken broth 1 large onion (chopped) Cook rice and onion according to package directions for rice in a large stockpot. When rice is cooked add the remaining ingredients. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, uncovered. May need to add more chicken broth or milk to soup as the rice will soak up the liquid as it is cooked. Serve hot. Serves 8 to 10 people. |
