BRISKET AND MORE
1 Beef Brisket…as large as you can find.

I buy the largest Beef Brisket I can find and place it in my oven at 450°F for a good 1 hour. Then I turn the oven down for overnight and leave the oven at 300°F until early morning.

In the morning, I take the meat out of the oven and let it cool until I can shred it into the form most called "Pulled Beef" and place it into the refrigerator to cool.

I remove all the fat from the cooked beef and continue to shred the meat. I then place parcels of the meat into individual containers to freeze into meal sized portions.

I then have containers of beef that I can use for various recipes.. I make sandwich meats with the plain meat. I use portions to add to a stew . I add barbecue sauce to the meat for a barbecue sandwich to serve a good number of people. It is just a great way to provide meat to a number of dishes with 1 parcel of meat that some find is a challenge. An economical way to use this brisket

EASY!
