HAM-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. (1/4 lb.) noodles
1 c. diced carrots, cooked
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
2 buttered slices, bread, cubed

Make white sauce out of butter, flour, salt, and pepper. Arrange half of cooked noodles, top with carrots, ham, cheese, parsley, onion, milk mixture. Repeat layering. Put bread on top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
