TURKEY PATTIES AND DILL CUCUMBER
SAUCE
 
TURKEY PATTIES:

1 lb. ground turkey
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice

CUCUMBER SAUCE:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In medium bowl mix all turkey patty ingredients. Shape into 4 to 6 (3/4 inch) thick patties. In 10 inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium high heat. Place patties in oil and cook 5 to 6 minutes or until browned. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together all cucumber sauce ingredients. Serve sauce over patties. 4 to 6 servings.
