JOAN'S CUCUMBER DILL DIP OR
GYROS SAUCE
 
Great for dipping fresh vegetables in or for using as a gyros dip.

1 1/2 cups non-fat plain yogurt
1 cup seeded finely diced cucumber
1 tsp. finely minced garlic (1 whole clove)
2 tbsp. finely cut fresh dill (or 2 tsp. dried dill weed)
2 tsp. white vinegar
salt, to taste

Combine all the ingredients and mix real well. Chill before serving.
