ROASTED POTATOES 
6 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Peel potatoes and slice crosswise into 1/8 inch slices to within 1/2 inch of bottom.

Drizzle salt and butter into bottom of 13x9 pan. Place potatoes cut side up in pan. Drizzle top of potatoes with butter.

Bake potatoes at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and drizzle with remaining butter. Bake 20 minutes more. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes more until potatoes are done.
