PEACH OR STRAWBERRY GLAZE FOR
PIE
 
3/4 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
3 tbsp. peach or strawberry
1 c. water

Combine sugar, corn starch, corn syrup and water in saucepan bring to boil stirring constantly until clear and thickened. Add gelatin stirring until dissolved. Cool then pour over fruit in pie shell then Cool Whip on the top.
