PEACH GLAZED SPARERIBS 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sage
1/4 c. ketchup
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. ginger
3 lbs. spareribs

Place all ingredients except spareribs, in blender. Blend until smooth.

Place ribs in pan and pour half of the glaze over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour remaining half of the glaze over ribs and bake for another 15 minutes.

Made this last night, with only the slight alteration of using some peach-apricot preserves instead of the canned peaches (just what I happened to have on hand). It was YUMMY! My two guys gnawed on the bones until they were picked clean, and I just about licked the plate. Very nice, sweet and savory but not too hot.
