PEACH GLAZED SPARERIBS | |
1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. sage 1/4 c. ketchup 1 clove garlic 1 tsp. ginger 3 lbs. spareribs Place all ingredients except spareribs, in blender. Blend until smooth. Place ribs in pan and pour half of the glaze over them. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour remaining half of the glaze over ribs and bake for another 15 minutes. |
