PEACH-GLAZED CORNED BEEF 
3 lb. corned beef
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can peach halves
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Place corned beef in heavy saucepan; add water to cover. Cover and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender. Remove from heat; cool meat in cooking liquid. Remove meat; slice across the grain. Arrange slices, overlapping, in 12" x 7 1/2" x 2" baking dish. Drain the peaches, reserving 1/4 cup syrup. Arrange peaches around meat. Combine reserved syrup and remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, basting with the sauce occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
